The Idaho Energy Collaborative is an action-oriented group striving to create positive policy changes in Idaho related to energy. We promote energy efficiency and conservation and renewable energy development. Business people, nonprofit organizations, and knowledgeable citizens convene on a regular basis to exchange ideas, track current energy issues, and hear presentations from key stakeholders in energy related fields. This site was created in November 2010.

After decades of ever increasing vehicle-wildlife collisions on Warm Springs Avenue and State Highway 21, Idaho had a chance to do something about it. An underpass to allow wildlife to travel under the road and out of the path of vehicles was completed in October 2010.
